French 75: Gin

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Bombay Sapphire

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • Splash of simple syrup

  • 3 oz champagne

Directions:

  1. In a shaker tin, add gin, lemon juice, and simply syrup.

  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.

  3. Strain ingredients into a champagne flute.

  4. Top the cocktail off with champagne.
