Old Fashioned: Bourbon

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Basil Hayden

• ¾ oz Simple syrup

• 3-4 dashes orange bitters

• Maraschino cherry

• Orange peel

Directions:

1. Add bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters to mixing glass.

2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

3. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.

4. Express the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop into the glass with a maraschino cherry to garnish.
